All orders are custom-tailored and require time for production and delivery. Orders are delivered between the 20th and 1st of each month.

  • Example:
    • Orders placed Nov 1-15: Delivered Dec 20 – Jan 1
    • Orders placed Nov 16-30: Delivered Jan 20 – Feb 1

3. Can I order custom designs?

Yes, we offer custom orders!

  • Please submit your design requests via email during the first 5 days of the month to ensure delivery within our normal timeframe.

4. Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we ship nationwide within the United States.

5. What is your Refund/Return Policy?

We offer credits for any broken or damaged items during transit, to be used for future purchases.

Our cookies have a 6-month shelf life. However, the colors may fade over time, especially if exposed to direct sunlight or stored in a display window.
